Go alone like the horn of a rhinoceros, Sutta Nipata, Beopjong Sunim

Like a lion that is not startled by noise,
Like the wind that is not caught in a net,
Like a lotus flower that is not stained by muddy water,
Go alone like the horn of a rhinoceros

The deep meaning within this short passage:
Lion: Firmness unshaken by the noise of the world
Wind: Freedom unbound by any constraint
Lotus flower: Purity maintained even in a murky world
Rhinoceros horn: Independence in walking one's own path

Our lives are a continuous series of challenges and temptations.
But if we keep this wisdom in our hearts and move forward,
we will be able to meet a strong self that is not shaken in any situation.
Today, reflecting on this teaching,
how about creating your own peaceful moment?
