Like cracks forming
Has longing ever cracked your whole body like that?
Has it ever?

A tree in a storm
Swaying from its roots
As if grasping the sky
Has hope ever grasped your whole soul like that?
Has it ever?

To live is
To throw everything away like that
To rise again even if we collapse
It is a matter of breaking

It's a painfully solid thing
that can't be stopped like that
